What's wrong with my son??- tummy troubles.

Hi ladies, it could be nothing or it could be something but what ever it is it's causing me stress. My 4 year old has recently had a hydrocele repair done, it seems to have healed really well and the scar is hardly visible at all but he is rubbing often and says it hurts. Yesterday he was going to the toilet every 10 minutes and would do either a pee or a poo each time. He doesn't seem constipated. He goes pale often and when this hapens he goes very quiet. I've taken him to the doctors to get him checked for a urine infection because he was in the toilet so often and complained of a sore tummy and was pretty much ignored. I want to know why my son goes pale and quiet so often, why he is on the toilet so often and why he complains of a sore tummy. Can anybody shine a light??

    I should add that he is intolerant to citrus so I am very careful to keep this out of his diet, it gives him the squirts.
