"Hi there, I'm onto my 4th pregnancy (this one not expected) and have had MS each time. My 1st pregnancy was the worst and was borderline dehydrated. None of the usual suggestions helped me, but I did and do this time as well, find lemonade helpful, especially if it is flat. Also raisins and mandarins have helped me. My GP has given me a medication called Metoclopramide, an anti-nausea tablet, it has stopped me from throwing up, doesn't really take away the nausea feeling though. I do feel for you, my first pregnancy was not the experience I had hoped it to be and didn't enjoy being sick as I'm sure no one does. I was not so sick with the subsequent babies though. I'm 12weeks now and think my nausea is easing, thank goodness for that! I hope you find something that helps."
