Get yourself to an Osteo and start saving for the repeat appointments you will need all the way through. It can be treated/assisted so get onto it quickly!

I am 19 weeks and have the most awful sciatica - it is there pretty much non stop. Feet tend to go numb or get pins and needles. I went and had my first acupunture appointment - it has made a slight difference, will let you know what the improvement is like after a few more sessions

I had terrible pain around 14 weeks and tried the Chiropractor and that didn't seem to help so I then went and had acupuncture (they offer it free to pregnant women at my local hospital) and it was sensational. The first time it didn't seem to do much but the second time it was just Devine I walked out in no pain. I did come back later in pregnancy but with an appointment every month along with physio exercises I managed to keep it at bay- not completely gone but reasonable. I also used the acupuncture for pre labour - to initiate labour and it really worked for me!!
