You are probably starting to think about when baby is here, including what to name her. Naming is a big decision – one your child will live with forever so it pays to take your time. It can be tricky to find a name that both you and your partner agree on, and you may find the one you finally choose comes out of the blue. You may find that you are beginning to experience third trimester symptoms such as your breasts leaking, swelling of the hands feet and ankles. It  may not sound attractive but it can be incredibly helpful to wear support stockings, especially for preventing varicose veins during this time.  Your baby now has hair and eyelashes! Their digestion system is also starting to develop, with your baby beginning to swallow and absorb nutrition from the amniotic fluid. 

 

Preparing for maternity leave can also includes some significant emotional adjustments. We explore some of the feelings that might come up.
