Take a look at this great, yummy recipe. You can't beat bananas as a baby food, satisfying snack, or energy boost for busy parents on the go.

Cook Time 10 minutes

Ingredients 

2 medium bananas, peeled 

1 cup frozen mixed berries 

2 tablespoons almond butter 

2 cups regular or almond milk 

2 teaspoons chia seeds

1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder 

2 tablespoons raw honey 


Add all of the ingredients to a blender or smoothie maker and blitz in high-speed until the mixture is completely smooth. 

Divide the mixture between two glasses and top with sliced banana.
