INGREDIENTS1 large ripe frozen banana1 medium ripe avocado1 handful baby spinach1-2 teaspoons liquid honey1 ½ cups milk (e.g. cow’s, almond etc)
Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a few ice cubes to the blender if you want it extra cold. Pour into a glass and drink up!
