Smoothies are easy on the stomach and full of nutrients so are perfect for pregnant women or busy mums. Try this delicious creamy green smoothie!

1 large ripe frozen banana
1 medium ripe avocado
1 handful baby spinach
1-2 teaspoons liquid honey
1 ½ cups milk (e.g. cow’s, almond etc)


Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a few ice cubes to the blender if you want it extra cold. Pour into a glass and drink up!
